Annual Operation Plan

Centralian Middle School's Annual Operation plan includes the following goals:

• To improve the literacy and numeracy levels of all students in years 7, 8 and 9.
• To improve attendance and retention of students.
• To improve student engagement
• To improve student enrolments for 2012 and to establish Centralian Middle School as the Middle school of choice in Alice Springs.
• To strengthen staff relationships.
• To build leadership capacity across the school
• to develop a collaborative approach to decision making.
